Nice work! I would love to play on this game board of yours once it is finished! Sadly, as I live nowhere near you, that is not going to happen.
Its also a shame sometimes that 40K is so grimdark that you are unlikely ever to see terrain like this built as it wouldn’t fit the theme, except perhaps on a tau city or eldar craftworld board. Maybe at a push on a table for Necromunda games.
If only I had the time and creative skill to build such a board! The games I would have then!
